100 Day Plan

100 Day Plan

Introduction

The time prior to the first day with staff and students as well as the first 100 days that follow is an excellent time to gain necessary understandings about Grove Junior High.  This information will benefit the growing relationship between myself and the staff and students.  It will also allow me to strategically plan for the days and months after the first 100 days.  There are two specific phases to this time frame.  The focus of these phases is to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.  This interaction will allow me to learn from these groups as well as discuss our teaming structures, goals, important systems, essential curriculum philosophies, and best practices in instruction.  All of this will align to our greatest purpose:  to prepare students for success in life.
