If you look at the trends by age, you see some segments leveling off but children, especially 13 – 17 year olds, are becoming increasing inactive. We must turn this trend around. An inactive child will more than likely become an inactive adult. The best progress is with older Americans who see activity as a great way to live a longer, healthier life.
