  2.  Review the negative with être.
  3. Students complete answers and put their work in paragraph form.  Be sure to use connectors (et, mais, aussi, ou) and impact words (très, un peu, etc.)

Les Devoirs:  Complete paragraph about yourself and be sure the Test for Unit 1A is completed with a screen shot (control-window shifter) showing 90% or better.

 

 

mardi – le 6 octobre – Today’s goal:  To begin using the negative with the verb “être” to describe myself and to continue to learn more adjectives to describe myself in French.

  1.  Introduce ne….. pas  formally.
  2. DVD tutor on “étre” and adjectives.
  3. Put sentences in French – tell whether you are or are not, i.e, JE SUIS – JE NE SUIS PAS
  4. Work on Test – all terms – English first – until you get 90% – Then take a screen shot (control/window shifter) of your score with the test in the background.

 

 

lundi – Goal:  to use the verb “être” correctly in sentences, to understand simple sentences in French and to be able to answer basic questions in French.
